First we genuinely thank you for choosing to shop with Frogstones and more. We work very hard to offer you the best value for your dollar and truly appreciate each and every order and customer. We encourage you to ask questions and contact us if the item doesn’t work for you, especially about sizing on clothing and lengths on necklaces so that when your order arrives it is exactly as you expected. We require all correspondence concerning exchanges or incorrect items be in writing through the email at Frogstonesandmore@yahoo.com.

❌DISCOUNT CODES CAN ONLY BE USED ON REGULAR PRICED ITEMS. No sale items. Orders placed with attritional discount codes will be send a invoice separately with the total amount that was subtracted by the discount.


If you have a discount code you must enter it in at time of check out. FSB will not issue any refunds for discounts after the order is placed. 

 Exchanges/store credits- In case your item doesn’t fit, broken, or it doesn’t satisfy your needs. We offer store credit only, no refunds. Item should be returned undamaged, and all tags should still be intact. You will need to return item at your expense unless there is an error in the item we sent you, or you bought at the store front. The merchandise must be received at the address below within 10 CALENDAR Days of the confirmed date of delivery or date on receipt from store front. We strongly recommend you use delivery confirmation when returning the item(s) by mail for the proof of shipping.  Please include $6.00 Cash to your package for us and/or gift it to us via PayPal to send the package back to you, (EXCHANGES ONLY). Exchanges will not be sent back to you unless the shipping is paid for. Frogstones and more will not issue a Store Giftcard or credit for returns after the specified date. Please do not attempt to return items after the specified date.

We allow 2 Store credits/Exchanges per month, per customer.

Once your item arrives we will process and then send you a store credit with the amount in the mail. Please provide the mailing address you would like the store credit to be sent to.


ALL Holiday Items are Final SALE. Anything that's Holiday Related in FINAL SALE and is not eligible for Return, Exchange or Store Credit.

ALL Bodysuits are a FINAL SALE- No return or Exchange.

ALL Sequin Items are FINAL SALE- No Return or Exchanges.

ALL HATS Are a FINAL SALE- No Return or Exchange.


Sale items- No returns are allowed on sale items.


Store credits- Store credit expire One Year after they are issued. 

Custom orders- Custom clothing items are matched to your specific size, color, transfer of choice or your name/ number which makes it a custom item. Custom jewelry pieces are also made to your specifications and there is no return offered on them.

Incorrect items or size exchange- Email us or call within 5 CALENDAR days from the date of purchase on receipt. This is only for non-custom items.

Rhinestones- We will replace rhinestones on clothing for 30 days of purchase date with no questions asked.  After 30 days we will be happy to replace them for a small fee.

Vinyl- If for some reason vinyl starts to lift up from material, please bring it to us to be pressed. If vinyl is ripped due to improper care Frogstones and More is Not responsible.

Washing instructions- We recommend you to wash all clothing inside out and dry on low heat or hang dry.


Processing orders: All T-shirt, tee's, burn out tanks and more could take up to 1-3 weeks before you receive a tracking number for your package. If you need your shirt by a certain date please call or email before placing your order.


PayPal Invoices:

Frogstones and more Boutique is not responsible for incorrect address listed on your PayPal account please make certain your account has the correct shipping address.  It is you’re responsibly to make sure the address and email address is current on your PayPal account. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Invoiced through PayPal with a Credit Card:

If you pay with a credit card through PayPal you must make sure you have the Current Address listed on your PayPal account you want your package to be sent to. Frogstones and more Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent to the wrong address.

We encourage you to ask questions especially about sizing on clothes so when your order arrives it is exactly as you wanted. However, in the case that you need to exchange a regular priced item, we offer merchandise exchange as outlined below for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, no makeup stains, no tobacco odor and all tags should still be intact. Jewelry for exchange must arrive back exactly as it was sent from the warehouse. ALL EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE. Boots and shoes that arrived wrapped must be returned wrapped with no tape, labels or writing on the box itself.  It is highly suggested that you utilize the post office's service of delivery confirmation and insurance as well if you wish.  It is your responsibility to get the items back to us and remember the post office as well as any shipping company is not error free so please use tracking and/or insurance.  If you have fragile items, you will want to consider insurance as well.  It is your responsibility to get exchange items back to us in new condition.  Upon inspection and verification of time frame, we will issue a store credit that you can use at any time.  Please do not return items that the tags have been removed from.  Please include a copy of your invoice showing the purchase.  All sales are final on sale items.  Please do not send back any sale items. 

 The item must be RECEIVED at the address below within 10 CALENDAR days of the confirmed date of delivery as provided by the Delivery Confirmation receipt. We strongly recommend you also use Delivery Confirmation when returning the item(s) for your proof of shipping.  Once we get your package back we will process and then issue an online credit voucher and email you the code.  You will then use this code to reorder the item(s) you want.  That generates you a new order, applies your credit and gets you in line for processing and shipping all in one step.
